Help me with my town!

I'm trying to really start working on my town, but I don't know what to put in it! I have all but two of my dreamies, Fang who is moving in tomorrow, and Marshal. Also, I'm planning on having a fourth character after I get both of them, but Idk where to put their house. Could you suggest where I could put my villager/character's houses? Also, suggest where I can place some public works projects. I plan on having a flower clock in front of my mayor, Justin's house, and the police station will go next to the Cafe. If you wanna visit and help out, my DA is in my signature.

Also, the spot where Rasher is. Do you think that it is a good spot to put Marshal's house?

I think the houses could go between Justin's house and Cookie's house. or between Stitche's house and Biskit's house.
You should make a bridge beside Lily's house.

The house between Stitches and Biskit's houses was Felicity. But she moved away. I could see putting one of my dreamies's houses there.
