I'm back, but this time I actually have a solid idea.
So my new oc will be a girl called Minako Ketsueki, which directly translates to beautiful child blood. Kinda creepy, but go along with it. So her lil' backstory is she's an immortal who was a princess blah blah blah I'll figure that out later, but her features do not change over time, so only her clothes really change.
All you really need to know is very soft spoken, and soft in general. She isn't very approachable, she has a chronic ***** face. She wears a mask all the time because she believes she'll die if she gets sick, even though that is completely false. She also hates men.
Her personality is very shy and she moves very eloquently, like Jesus walking on water. Everything about her just flows you know?
Now this is what I need help with, drawing her, like an actual drawing. I hoped on dreamself.me and sorta made what she looks like, so here are some (unfinished) ref pics:
notes: yes the dress and the golden leaves are part of the look. very regal.
But I am going to change a few things. Her left eye is silver/white, the other one is red. There was no choice to just change one of them so I just went with those red eyes, but one of them IS silver. Big detail I had to point out.
Secondly, the modern clothes she is wearing is a green bomber jacket, striped t-shirt, and shorts, like this:
notes: no choker please and the shoes can be whatever white shoes you want her to wear, vans, adidas, nike, no brand, whatever.
the next outfit is this one:
notes: nothing much i want to change, except please don't put her hair up in a pony tail. shoes can be whatever you want. 
I think that's all the details you'll probably need, I'll put a big tl;dr right here though.
TL;DR:
her name is minako ketsueki, she's an immortal princess. she has a royal outfit and her normal ones, which are both listed above. she's shy, soft-spoken, and wears a white mask that covers her nose and mouth all the time. her LEFT eye is silver/white, not red.
