help me clean my town?

so my town is an absolute bombshell... xD and im looking for someone to come help me clean it up!! i have a bunch of items and clothes lying on the floor that need to be sold at retail, i have a whole heap of annoying trees i dont want and i need my hybrids sorted all together in blocks so i know where they are xD if you can help me it would be super awesome and im willing to tip generously, like 1mil for your hard work!! also please dont dig up special tree stumps if you come to help, and dont steal all my hybrids bc im trying to breed them :'D
