Zen is great. I think he'd go well in a sen themed town. And for a snooty, I'd recommend Greta. BTW you can look at everyone's house exteriors here.

Gladys might work well. For a Snooty, I'd say Blanche. But I wouldn't have Blanche and Gladys.
Drago should be a definite.
