My back room is always my themed room for the season (so right now its Jingle themed) so I thought a cool idea would be to turn my back room into a beach backyard island getaway to beat the winter blues! (with a cafe/buffet as well like tropical resort!)

Bells are not an issue for me, so NAME A PRICE! MAKE ME AN OFFER I CAN'T REFUSE! (lol - which will be easy since these items are in HIGH DEMAND for me!)

That's okay! I am mostly looking for the stuff listed in the first post at the moment to complete the room. I already have those items cataloged, I believe. They are still wishlist items so I may want them later on..... I will give it some thought. Thank you for looking! 150K is very reasonable.
