HELP! I’m maxed on villagers but someone has visited.

I have the max amount of villagers and someone has visited my campsite. I talk to the villager at the campsite but whenever I ask her to come live she says she can’t for whatever reason. Any way to get her to move in?

I thought that if you ask them enough they'll suggest kicking someone out?

Just keep talking to them and they'll ask a random villager to move out in order to have space for them

I'm pretty sure that you can decline their offer to move in so it's not that bad I guess, still bad that you can't choose manually though

I actually have Frobert visiting at the moment and I really wanted him however I have 10 villagers. I talked to him for a bit, he suggested moving, we played a game, I won and he said ok, I'll talk to resident services. The screen went black and then opened again to him and he told me there is no space. He then proceeded to tell me that it looks like Reneigh was thinking about moving and asked if I would be ok with him taking over her spot. I declined because I mean, Reneigh. So yeah, he's supposed to ask if you would be ok with a certain villager moving out

Keep talking to her and eventually they will ask to kick a villager out, if it not the name you want, quickly close out of the game and redo the process over and over again until you get the villagers that you want out. If you don't close out of the game before it autosave, then its too late. Once you hear the name, close out right away in the middle of the dialogue if it not the villagers you want out.
