Help? How many days till someone can move in again?

So someone just moved out, so how many days till someone can move in again (buying someone)? I have 9 people now so..

if you just claimed a villager then the plot will be there next day

If someone just moved out, if their house is gone from the map, then you can immediately move a new villager in.

If someone is leaving, and is still in your town and in boxes, then you shouldn't be able to move a new villager in yet.
