Heart Scales Help

Ok so I need Heart Scales on HG/SS for Move Tutor. However, I don't actually know how to get them.
What are/is the best way(s) to get Heart Scales in HG?

Rock smash or Pokeathlon prize thing on Wednesday, don't know how much they cost, but you can just Time Travel.

You can get them by smashing rocks, or they are a prize at the pokeathlon on wednesdays and sundays.

I think it's possible to take them from wild Luvdisc's during swarms.

Try the Beautiful Beach Pokewalker route, I find some there all the time.

Thanks guys, I actually found it easier to just Smash Rocks, got the ones I need.
