Lately I've taken up a hobby. This hobby is going to Club Tortimer and using Google Translate to speak in different languages. Utterly confusing people is so fun. Definitely try it, but use a language that contains the same alphabet, such as Italian or German. It may also be a good way to learn a little bit of a different language.

Haha yes google translate is awful, if the people speak those languages they'll be sooo confused!

Am I the only one who thinks that Google Translate is not that awful? Lol. I'm talking about when you type in one word and it gives you all the possible meanings, not translating the whole text. But by the time you've created a sentence, the other person will be gone, lol.

Eh, I mean it can be useful, I just feel there are many better online dictionaries/translators.

I usually google phrases I see people say when we don't speak the same language, and I assume they do the same for what I'm saying, because we'll both pause for 30 seconds or so, then continue the conversation lol I never use google translate, though, I just google phrases and use other sites
