Haven't seen Redd?

I play Animal Crossing every day, but I haven't run into Redd in over 2 weeks! I saw him once after the initial encounter and was able to buy a painting (finally getting use out of my Art History degree!!), but that was the last I saw of him. Am I just having bad luck or does he only appear on certain days of the month?

I also haven't seen him in ages, but I got a visit from Redd today. It's all just bad luck! You'll get him eventually.

Bad luck unfortunately, I didn't get him since the update until the other day, he definitely feels like one of the rarer NPCs

Check throughout the day. I didn’t have him yesterday and he was suddenly there after midnight.
