I haven't been on for a week and I don't want any animal to move! ;_;

How can I be sure that they won't move?

TT back a week to the last day you played and slowly TT day by day to current day (if you play in real time) Be sure to talk to your villagers every day that you reload to make sure no one is going to ping you.

do as panduhh says, tt back a week and slowly tt each day forward until you hit the date you usually play in

but!! if somebody pings to move and you tell them "don't move!" you will be safe, and if you from that very day time travel to another day, no matter how far into the future no one will move (so if you log in a week ago and someone pings you and you tell them to not move you can immediately time travel to today and nobody will move :> )

Just go on your game and hope nobody has left, it's possible nobody left and if someone left it'll only be one villager. The chance exists that that is your favourite/one of your favourite villagers, but there are tons of other great villagers so it'd just give you a chance to meet somebody new. :)

that's a rly bad idea if they wanna keep all their villagers tho

I once took a 6 week break and no one moved out. I was surprised and relieved, but it's a risk. Definitely TT back a week, talk to each villager and then TT to the next day, talk and keep repeating until you're at today's date.

I agree with all the members who advise you to TT back and then progress forward one day at a time. Someone will no doubt tell you if someone is planning to move *or* any villager who plans to move should ping off you. This should give you more than enough time to stop any moving out. And you won't always have a move-out in six days. But if you are worried about losing villagers, make sure to try and get on at least every three days, even if it's only for five minutes just to make sure no one is going to jump ship :)

For which? But if you want to be sure, you can make a fresh character and run around, looking for villagers in boxes or moved-out spots. If there's nothing, then you're good, and have time to catch anyone planning. If there's something, then go back to when you last played and catch them -- you already know who it is, so it won't be hard.

A pre-existing second character cannot do this, just to be clear: it has to be a fresh file.
