Have you updated your dream since you revamped your island? (if you did)

a lot has happened and changed on my island the last 20 days or so. my new dream would look sooo different since when the dream suite was added because there’s really not much new content to do aside from the fireworks, i put my energy into an island renovation.

tbh it’s making me wish i can visit my dream before updating it. (wait, can we? through another character, or it has to be another island?

I actually updated my dream yesterday after doing some work on my island in the last month. I added a few new areas and wanted that reflected in the dream. I also like to update dreams after I've "cleaned" and chucked fossils, weeds, flowers so everything is nice for visitors.

I've never tried to visit my own dream! I'd be curious to know if I could! That might make a nice experiment in the future!

i was only able to do that with new leaf because it’s easy to get a second town. just tried now with my second character and i can’t, as i expected.
even with villagers, i already had some changes

i do the same too. before i uploaded my dream, i did some cleanup. removed weeds & fossils. my beach being full of hybrids is helpless though. i feel like i’m never getting rid of that now

I haven't even used the feature yet due to the crashes it could cause in rare circumstances, but that was recently fixed with version 1.4.2. Then again, my island is still a total wasteland. I imagine it'll be at least another month before I even think about uploading my island... if I even do so, due to the groups on the internet going around mass reporting people's islands and getting them banned.

I'm not sure, its just that the game would sometimes crash when waking up from a dream. It was mentioned randomly online, and mentioned in the patch notes so I guess it was a thing. I just didn't want to risk it, knowing my luck.

I didn't updated my dream since I didn't put my Island in dreamland at all yet ! But the fact that this is now an option pushes me to finish decorating my island ! I'm almost done... I still have 1 or 2 deco projects to finish before letting other gamers to see it it haha

I plan on updating it again soon but there's no real big changes, other than putting out some firework items to play around with. I have a decent amount of views on my DA so I'm planning on doing a huge revamp (like a theme/layout change) and a new update sometime in the future.

I haven't really added much to my island since I first uploaded my dream so no, I haven't updated it yet but I'm slowly regaining motivation to fill in some gaps on my island so once I've done that I'll probably update it! and I have some more major changes planned so I'll naturally have to update for that

I find the trends for certain villagers to be more popular than others completely bizarre, honestly. Not that I wouldn't gladly become your #2 if he ever shows up. Always have to make a buck or ten billion. ;D

I’ve added a bit more to my island while also having more junk out since I’m still ordering posters for a free catalogue event I’ll be hosting eventually. I ended up deleting mine since I don’t think mine was a good one to visit since I haven’t built a lot of inclines or bridges yet and it was far from complete anyways (still is). Waiting to see how I develop each area before i decide to build any more.

I've never uploaded my dream island and never will.

The only interesting feature of the DS, IMO, were the random towns.

Now I couldn't be bothered searching for, and typing in an address.

I updated mine a few days ago since I got a new villager. I am a little sad though because the snow is going to be gone next week, so my dream island will no longer be a winter wonderland :<
