ok so me, my bro, and my mom goto mc donalds. i chose the quater pounder, my bro chose the double quater, and my mom the same thing (i cant remember what it was) so we get home and as my mom takes 2 bites from it, she notices that THERE WASNT A PATTY IN THE BURGER!!!!! has that happened to you?

I used to work drive thru at Taco Bell though, and see how it might be possible
