Hi i have had ACNL pretty much since it came out.
I am still waiting for Nintendo to come out with a new version... pocket camp just doesn't hit the spot for me.

Anyway.. has anyone actually completed this game... like 100% on all encyclopedias, all gold badges? all items.. all pwps.
given up myself haha.

I have at least bronze in every badge category except for Streetpass, but no. I'm not going to 100% New Leaf. I did work really hard on the badges I do have, though! C:

nah idc about getting everything, but im close.
I just like to complete towns

I wish I completed my New Leaf game, but to be honest, due to my constant starting over habit I never really got to. I'm hoping I can change that with the new game coming out this year. I actually don't mind if I complete everything, I just like to play for fun. :)

I think it would be really hard to finish the whole town.
I mean there’s soooo many things to do.
There’s the badges, the catalogs, the bugs, fish, etc. Decorating the whole house, creating four character and designing all four of their houses. I feel like the game was made to be endless sort of.

I think I could consider myself pretty close, all I need is gold for StreetPass I think.
I know (to my knowledge) I have:

- Completed the catalog.
- Completed the museum.
- All gold tools.
- Fully upgraded Main Street.
- Unlocked all public works projects.
- All villager pics, including NPCs.
- All fake artwork.
- All mini fossil models.
- All music boxes.
- All types of perfect fruit.
- All hand-helds (wands, beans, good-luck roll, balloons, tweeter, ice creams)
- All dropped items (All trash, mystery bag, towel, lost items, harvest festival items)
- All unorderable stationary.

I haven't done this all on my separate characters as I don't see a point, that's mostly a play style choice.

Main and Guest Town Mayors have completed their badges.
All PWP are unlocked but I still change things around to keep the towns fresh and fun to play in.
Main Town Player 2 needs silver/gold host/travel badges.
Main Town Player 3 needs silver/gold host/travel and all 3 streetpass badges.

I have 43 players and all have completed their fishing collection. 38 players have completed their bug collection. 2 are almost done and 3 are just getting started. Once the tarantula and scorpion are done it's quick to complete the rest.
A couple of weeks ago I noticed that it's easier to get the tarantula. All 3 players that just started hunting it caught them on the same night. 11 minutes for the player with the catch a tarantula coupon, 1 hour 10 minutes later for the 2nd player and than 50 minutes later for the last player.
In my spare town that I don't count the mayor got hers with the meow 2 coupon challenge in 9 minutes. 3 nights later she caught one and put it in her house. Returned and another was waiting. Caught it and returned to the house. About 8 minutes later she found and caught another one. All were in the same area and not sure why that many spawned so fast.

Almost, I'm missing a few gold badges like Streetpass, dreams, weed... I didn't properly decorate the houses yet.

I'm missing a few unorderable stationaries and I don't have all the photos of villagers (I decided I had not space enough for those)

Catalogue, Im pretty close. Not including regional exclusive DLC out of my region, I think I've gotten most of it.

On my other town I did complete the museum, bug, fish and deep sea catch encyclopedia, I had nearly all the gold badges, almost all the accomplishments for the ABD, done every holiday and got Main Street fully upgraded. Probably some other stuff too.

I've never completed a museum or furniture catalogue and I don't plan to. I'm not much of a completionist in any game I play really. I just play the part of the game I like (in this case, landscaping and decorating houses) and once I get bored of it I usually take a break from that game. However, I do enjoy wifi-ing with people and visiting other towns to catch seasonal fish and bugs I missed out on (because I'm a time traveller). But I do that just to chill and hang out with others, not really focusing on finishing my catalogues and exhibitons.

The quest for ?completion? of New Leaf keeps me playing these days.

In my oldest town I have a gold catalog badge and most badges - but StreetPass gold will most likely elude me...

Yet I?m still missing a few orderable items. I have a spreadsheet to keep track. These few items seem so silly - for years in all my various towns I never could find the ?festive dress?. Thanks to someone special here at TBT I was able to get the festive dress - it was in Able sisters in my latest town - the only other time I had seen it.

I?m still working on badges - my goal until the switch comes out is to have all my mayors have a minimum of bronze.

Lots of letters. Lots of island tours. Lots of train visits and hosting in my future!

It?s so funny to look at all my characters and see the style I play can be seen in badges. I always do favors for villagers. I always have bug badges. I have refurbishing badges.

But I?m usually missing quantity of fish. I always have a nice encyclopedia because I always work hard for Blathers :) but I seem to be too efficient!

Right now my goal is minimum bronze, all mayors. Eight plus towns. Should keep me busy :)

(Love hearing from everyone!!)

I'm quite a completionist when it comes to games, so thats pretty much what's keeping me playing ACNL these days. I recently got my badge for having 50% of the catalog complete (it's taken me soo long, I dont want to think about how long it'll take me to get the gold badge). Currently trying to earn more badges as I really don't have that many! Although I doubt I'll ever get the streetpass badge as the last time I got a streetpass was about 2 years ago :(

I think it would take a lot of dedication to 100% complete everything, but it's not impossible. Everyone has their own idea of what counts as complete to them, though, so I imagine most people stop short of completing everything that's available in the game.

For myself, I've completed the encyclopedia and I'm working on the badges, but I really don't care if I complete my catalog beyond what's needed for the gold badge. I also don't plan on creating 4 characters and re-doing everything with them. I do have 1 alt, but he only exists for aesthetic purposes and I have no intention of working on his encyclopedia or badges. As long as my mayor has them all, that's good enough for me.

Never managed to complete my game 100%. Problem is, I resetted to many times, never kept a town
for that long to complete at least something like the museum or the catalogue. And I guess it would
be impossible for meto do this, especially when it comes to the badges. I had already problems to
even get the bronze one, like the Streetpass one for example. I would never got all in gold. Also,
I just stopped to play New Leaf at all. And besides this, I never completed a AC game and I'm not
sure if I will ever be able to complete one...

Nope! I've gotten most of the badges/catalogged most of the items/filled up my encyclopedia but the landscaping/villager side of things never seems to look right in my eye. I always want to change something or add something new to a certain area... then I get fed up and restart my game in hopes of a "better map" that is pretty open and doesn't have any weird areas but even when I do come across a map like that I still find something I don't personally like about the map.

No, and unless you have two games and systems and streetpass 2-3 times a day it's kinda impossible. And you need to play a lot online and get items etc.
