I noticed the xrays before, but didn't think it was much.

Looks legit though, unless some random person had a huge elongated neck.

Well there is also a boomer body in the part in the entrance.

And anyway, Boomers were in L4D1 obviously... so what does that matter?
I thought this was really talking about the spitter
