Does anyone know if you can still get Louie and Felyne? I lost my data, and I don't have the DLC anymore except for Claude.

You can get the items if someone puts them on an amiibo card for you and scan them into your game.

There is no way to get the villager anymore. The only way you could do that is if Nintendo re-releases the DLC or makes amiibo cards of those DLC villagers.
