Happy Completed Museum Day (Northern Hemisphere)!

So today's the day we can finally help Blathers complete his life's work.

Those last two sea creatures are available and ready to be safely tucked away in our islands' aquariums.

It's going to feel weird knowing there's nothing new to catch.

Its a shame we dont get anything like a museum little figurine or something at least for completing the museum... Its a real shame !

I completed it last week.

Yep, I miss geting the museum model or something for all that work.

Like just about everything in NH, it's little reward, and not much incentive to complete anything.

For catching all the bugs and fish we get a lousy DIY for yet another... breakable tool.

Congratulations! It feels great completing the museum but a bit disappointing because you are not really rewarded with something commemorative.

Like, okay, I've finished it, but now what? Not even a photo of Blathers, or town celebration or something.

Yeah, i thought about this, I also understand that of course back went i had NL i used to also have alive and there was no virus out there so most likely i did not spend so many hours playing AC and thats why it took me so long to complete the museum and im sure if i had a normal life right now it would have take more time to complete the museum too probably. However i still think its sad there is nothing happening or nothing given like the museum model in the past for completing the museum

I’ve managed to find my last sea creature now, it was a spider crab and was a complete pain to try and catch. Glad that I no longer need to chase all the fast moving creatures now that I have no new ones to find.

Though my museum and critterpedia is still incomplete as 4 of the summer bugs are still missing, not sure what they all are but one is definitely the walking stick which I couldn’t find for ages and then when I did finally spot it I managed to scare it off. I’ve been TTing recently to move villagers so hoping before long I’ll be able to find the last few bugs.

I'm really hoping that they'll eventually release more bugs and fish for the museum! Imagine more rooms in the exhibits :O I'm excited at the possibility! I'm sure if this ever happened, the new rooms will be so beautifully designed. I'd also like to see them add descriptions inside the museum like New Leaf had.

Not trying to discourage you from doing Redd the way you are doing it as such, but I time travelled for bits the other day and it took me 3 days of time travelling across the equivalent of 4 in game years worth of visits to get all the pieces.
And that was after shy of 1 year playing the game without time travelling of trading for it.

If Redd comes every other week, and every time he comes you get 1 new bit of art, this will take you a year and a half. But I found that is very far from likely.

I dont like how redd works in this game :/

It is bad when I had been waiting for this but the thought of loading up the game again fills me with dread. After stopping for a bit, it just seems like playing the game is so much time for so little entertainment value. But it makes me sad that I don't want to do it because a few months back I was really looking forward to completing the museum in an animal crossing game for once.

Mine won't be completed until Summer, mostly because I overlooked a couple deep sea creatures. Aside from that, I still need to acquire and donate some of the artwork and only have one fish left to catch.

Also, some really good river fish return, including the elusive char. I've only caught two since I started playing the game. One is in the museum, the other in a really small tank in the main room of my house. I'll have to spend a considerable amount of time crafting bait in an effort to catch the slimy sucker.
