So I reset again... 
Welcome to Hamuzi Cycling!
So hi! I decided to reset (again) and make a cycling town for you guys! Keep in mind, I won't be the fastest cycler, it will take me a while to get into the swing of things, but I think that after I while i'll learn a good technique and we'll be rocking!
To start off with, we'll get the boring bit out of the way...
RULES:
1. No reservations. Sorry, but reservations just get complicated. Feel free to lurk for a certain villager, but I will not be reserving villagers unless it's for a certain cause (will specify if that happens)
2. First come, first serve.
3. Please be respectful! If someone gets the villager you wanted, be respectful and don't get annoyed.
4. I have the right to refuse you a villager
5. I dunno if this is a rule, but Tier 1 villagers will be raffled!
6. Have room in your town before requesting a villager: this just speeds up the process!
7. Please follow me and don't run off.
8. Don't sell the villagers we give you. Please.
9. HAVE FUN!
Each villager will be held for 10 minutes, maybe a bit more or less depending on how popular he/she is. Tier 1 villagers will have 15/20 minutes and tier 4/5 will have 5.
