Gulliver not showing up

Ok, so Gulliver hasn't appeared in like a month. I know that it can happen due to the massive amount of NPC's visitors, but I didn't think it can't appear for more than a month. But I also have a lot of stuff dumped in the beach, but there's still space for him to appear. Do you think that a high amount of stuff on the beach can affect when he appears?

Not sure if its confirmed or not, but I saw a guide on twitter that showed the rates at which special villagers come.
Guaranteed to show up every week: Saharah, Leif, and Kicks
*K.K. Slider and Daisy Mae are including as you special villagers for Saturday and Sunday respectively. On these days, you cannot get a second special villager unless Celeste or Wisp visit at night.

Two of the following will show up each week: Label, Gulliver, Redd, Flick, and CJ.
*The three that don't come in the previous week will have priority the next week.

It's pretty much just RNG. As long as stuff like shells/DIY bottles can spawn on the shore, Gulliver should be able to as well (aka don't push stuff right up to the coast)

Ok, yeah I still get diy's and shells so maybe I'm just unlucky. But I think I'll clean my messy beach anyways haha

I have not seen him in well over a month either. I thought he had been nerfed or something. Guess I am just really unlucky.

Yeah his chance of appearing is really low, though if you don't get him 1 week, his spawn rate apparently goes up the next week. He hasn't been appearing for a lot of people, but hopefully you get him soon!

I haven’t had Gulliver in maybe 3 weeks as well. And every day I log on hoping to get him, and then feel guilty for actively hoping Gulliver falls off his ship and washes up on my beach.

maybe he’s been getting more careful about ocean safety?

I just got him for the first time in 3 weeks, it is just the random spawn rates of certain NPCs and I suppose we are unlucky.

he shows up very often on mine and my beach is very decorated (looking for the parts takes forever)
but I don't see flick or CJ very often.. there's only 2 days a week where he might show up,
and even then it is a one out of the five chance unfortunately

I was wondering where he was too, but I finally got him again, you will too, with all the NPC visitors it's just a randomised chance.

I actually thought Gulliver wasn't in NH because I haven't seen him until a week ago.
