being stabbed in the back is referring to the bajillion ways into one room which always means theres someone behind you. and there is no recoil, theres not even idle sway, its like your guys a robot or has some kind of super strength that allows him to hold his assault rifle perfectly still and therefore snipe with it.

When that happens all you need to do is sign out then back in, it's not that hard.

Internet always needs a little refreshment, whatever you do. Like when you just re-connect your P.C to the router, just to refresh it.
