Giveaway Guess the right Pokemon, get 1 silver slingshot

You see, I have multiple silver slingshots. 8 of them, to be exact. But, as giveaways are prone to do, you must guess one of my 7 favorite pokemon correctly to get it. Each pokemon has one hint, and they get harder as they go!
1: This pokemon has two types that seem to contradict.
2: It's a ghost! It also has a magical necklace.
3: It's got 7 other relatives, all of whom have different types.
4: This pokemon is weak to fire and only one other type.
5: This one is part of a 2-for-1 evolution deal!
6: It's an electric type introduced in the Diamond and Pearl games.
7: It is the only one with its type combination.
The eight will be given out as a bonus for criteria I have yet to establish. Remember: One guess total per number, and happy hunting!

To be honest, I've seen some worse ones; ones with no hints. My plan is to drop a few more hints as it goes on, like a so: "#4 is a Flying type pokemon."
