It depends on your luck, honestly. I was an extreme case and Raymond was the last smug to show up for me (he was camper #150 lmao), so it took like 2-3 days. Hopefully your luck is better than mine, but I'd still rather put the time into getting him than paying a huge price. Here's a link to the guide I used.
