not to my knowledge. and I would assume that it would just work similar to firefox/every other sofware, in which it would ask/tell you it was updating before it did so. restarting and all that jazz.

Hmmm...I'm still not sure what happened. There is definitely a change. The color is different, and the buttons also look different. The icon for the websites is also different, and now there is only one option button on the right side. I know I did not download anything because when I logged off last night, it looked normal but when I logged on today it had changed.

last night i'm assuming, the address bar/buttons got changed.
the bookmark star is on the right side, and the buttons look embossed or whatever. printed into the theme or wtv.

It's Chrome 6. And just for your information, Chrome does updates in the background without you knowing. And yes, the appearance has changed lol. But I'm a Firefox guy, I'm using Firefox 4. It's awesome!
