Google Chrome Issue

I have been having an issue with my Google Chrome browser recently...
I have the following tabs on Google Chrome which automatically load in the following order...

YouTube - My Subscriptions
YouTube
ACBay Web Mail
ACBay's Facebook
ACBay's Twitter
ACBay Admin Control Panel Log-In
ACBay Auctions
ACBay Forums
Animal Crossing Community
The Bell Tree Forums

Everything is perfectly fine on Google Chrome except ACBay Auctions as that page looks like this awful mess and I am really annoyed as it is literally ONE page that doesn't display well.

I have not been able to view any images correctly on ACBay.com for the past few weeks.
I have tried everything down from removing my Google Account to removing all extensions that I have installed. I have even tried cleaning out the cache and nothing works.

Well it might be a Google Chrome issue or something incorrect on my computer. But at this stage... I really don't know...

Went to that site out of curiosity and all their images are broken so there's nothing you can do. Not your issue.

Recently I've been having flickering issues and system freezes since updating Chrome but let's not discuss that now.
