Sorry, I'm not really familiar with the going-rates of TBT yet. I can either go to 15-17 TBT, and I also have 4 blue roses.

The rule of thumb is 1 TBT=200,000 IGB. However, I have seen one person buy TBT at a rate of 350,000 per.
