I'm going to assume you mean ACWW because you say 'seen people'.

Catch all fish for the rod, catch all bugs for net, do the red turnip trade for the axe(more info at axa: http://www.animalxing.com/specialcharsww.php#redturnip), catch 15 ballons from the sky and the 16th one will be it for the slingshot and lastly have a perfect town for 2 weeks then go to pelly or Phyllis to get a gold can.
