Trading Golden Chair

I recently got a second golden chair from Re-Tail and wanted to trade it.

Any of the following items would be accepted:

-Suitcase (Best Buy DLC) or Double Neck Guitar
-All golden series items, excluding the golden chair, golden woman, and golden wall torch.
-Cabana Vanity, wall, or floor.
-Blue Cabinet, Bureau, Clock, or Bed.

Things to be aware of:

I don't care whether it's in my town or yours.
If in mine, I will end the session after the trade, please do not mess around before the trade by pulling up flowers, shaking trees, writing on my bulletin board, or running to cause erosion.
If in mine, it would be nice if you got right to business by dropping your item as soon as you enter the town.
If in yours, I would prefer if you ended the session right after the trade.
I don't need any bells, please don't offer any.
Label on your offer which town you'd like to trade in.
If your town is going to be used, please open your gate after we have added each other.
If my town is going to be used, I will open the gate after we have added each other.
