Golden can not given?

So I checked in today on my satisfaction and finally got perfect town not more pwps...but Isabelle did not give me the golden can is this because I have beautiful town on, and if I turn it off once done cycling out my last to replace will I get it? This has never happened before so it confused me.

You need to have perfect town status for 15 days in a row for Isabelle to give you the golden watering can

Nope, it is ways there on giveaway trade threads so first place I looked I don't think can close a forum thread I have scoured page the op there in trading plaza under sig is not on these boards...I guess it will just fade away, was just trying as was answered to clean it away. Oh well.
