So, I'm totally furious right now, just went to make an adoption, and when entering the house, the villager was in boxes but crafting on an invisible station.... Obviously glitched!!!
The other player didn't say a word beforehand but of course I refused to adopt.

Upon entering my home island I saw a sold on my plot, it's from Diana, the forced out, voided Diana from the other players island.....
Totally scared I tt one day ahead and we'll....guess what!!!
Now I have a glitched Diana in my island!!

How can someone invite people to adopt a more than obvious glitched villager, knowing that all the voided glitched villagers will take the open plot.....

God, please can anyone help me getting rid of the glitched villager or tell me what's best to do now.....
I'm almost in tears right now....😭😭

Omg! I'm so sorry to hear that! The thought of someone letting someone else come and adopt an abvious glitched villager blows my mind!

I hope you find a solution to move it out soon!

That's what I mean, how can I knowingly do that do someone?!
I know how people put all their heart in this game, and something like this is just.....
I googled a bit, seems like there is a fix, but it will take so long and I have to kick one of my other villagers out ...

Thanks for the link ☺️
I just came to the conclusion to never visit someone's island again...
Just got some serious trust issues here....😔😒

Was the player aware of the villager glitching out? That's super strange, maybe you cant even invite them in that state of crafting something. As far as I know, the only way to tell of a villager will lead to a glitched plot is if you invite them to your island but keep talking to them and they ask to move in more than the first time. I guess only time will tell if the other villager you get is glitched. Sorry that happened tho, that sounds like a really weird situation!

The other player entered the house before me and it was more than obvious....the villager was in boxes...but literally standing in one of the boxes and crafting on thin air....
When I asked if she was forced out the player directly said yes and if that caused the glitch...so they were aware of the villager being glitched...
Of course I didn't even try to talk the glitched villager I said I didn't want her in that state...
And I just got one of their voided glitched villagers and already have the "I moved out" plot...😭

Honestly, I would let it be until Thursday and I'm assuming the update will fix the glitch as well and you will either have your Diana or a fixed plot anyways

Hope so...
Although I would prefer an empty plot to Diana....didn't want her in the first place 😅
Was going for a cat...:oops::cry:

In that case, iirc just time traveling 15 days clears up the glitched plot if youd be fine with that!

According to the fix in the link posted above I would need to move out one of my other villagers first and than tt until the plot is suddenly gone (like Diana would have moved out)

That's horrible, I'm so sorry that happened to you. Are they a tbt member or are they from somewhere else? If they're from tbt you should definitely leave negative feedback so people know not to trade villagers with them in the future. Especially if they were aware of the villager being glitched.. how awful!

Make to leave negative feedback on their profile so people are more wary and hopefully they won't do it again
This is what I was going to say. They clearly knew it was glitched but decided to sell anyway.

They're from tbt, that's why I honestly didn't have any doubts until I saw the cat literally crafting air...
I guess I will do that then...

I imagine that sucking. Fortunately it's not game breaking.
Yeah, but it's time breaking, nerv breaking and trust breaking!

Sorry....
I'm just still furious how one could do that, when it was totally obvious...😔 That's the part that angers me the most...

Ah I see, i thought itd be one of those cases where one player would see the villager do one thing while the other player would see the villager do a different thing. It really stinks that theyd tried to give you the villager like that. Even if it wouldnt have ended with a glitched plot, its always better to be safe than sorry. This plot glitch is starting to look nastier by the day with all the related glitches coming up. I've probably come across another by-product of the glitch. I wish ya the best with fixing it if the next update doesnt have the patch yet ;;

Thats so tedious, I'm sorry :(
then i guess letting it be is rhe best way, they were quick to fix the amiibo glitch so I'm sure this will also be fixed somehow
