To me, ghosting is not holding up to your end of the deal and no message of any kind saying otherwise, when the other party is on or has been on after you sent them a message.
If you need me to hold items or diys for a day or two, just let me know. I guess it just comes down to communication of some kind and common courtesy. That is key. Not ignoring.
Edit to say I have traded with so many wonderful people and I'm glad this kind of thing doesn't happen often. ^^
