Now, there is a way to get the maximum out of planting trees. I like to call it space clustering.
Here is an example of a 3x3 block of space clustering.
Now, you don't have to do just a 3x3 block. You could do your whole town. But here are some guidelines.
You can also try putting some flowers next to your paths, and if you have multiple people that play in your town, make sure they walk on the paths. You could even make a design that clearly states no walking on the grass. And if you don't mind being bored, you could also try time traveling for 6 months straight.
Here are some tips for grass replenishing.

- Place paths down if you are constantly going somewhere, but remember to use them, and you most likely would want a path that you really enjoy, because every time you pick them up and swap them, you are killing your grass.
