Yes! I have 15 pwp (2 yellow benches, 6 flower beds, 1 water well, 1 hammock, 1 fountain, 1 custom-design sign, 1 face-cutout standee, 1 windmill, 1 lighthouse), more than 75 flowers, beautiful coordiance and about 115-120 trees...

You don't have any trash, weeds or items on the ground right? What does Isable say when you ask for citizens satisfaction? I used to have these pwp when I got my status: fountain, 3 princess light, hammock, lighthouse, yellow bench, park bench, coffee shop, 3 bridges.

Nope, I removed anything from the ground <.< anyway I don't have the English version of the game so I can't tell you the exact words, but I found a post where there are all the citizen satisfaction comments and she cites a committee member that says "Hmmmm... It's not a passing grade, but it's not really failing either... So middle ground! It's like this town is more than friends but not ready to be a couple yet. It needs real commitment!", I guess. And she always says me that villagers want more pwp, too...

I have the coffee shop, the camping site and all the shops except for the fortune teller shop, too.

As for flower, I think I used to have my almost entire town covers with flowers.
