Greetings! Welcome to my shop! Let me lay down a few ground rules to make things as smooth as possible.

• Trades will take place in my town, unless otherwise stated.
• I am usually online between 12am-5am Central Time, however, I will reply to this thread at any time.
• An Asterisk (*) means that an item is currently reserved for someone
• State your offer in your post. If you ask me how much an item is, I will only ask for you to offer, so you might as well save some time and say your price right off the bat.
• If you don't state your offer in your post you will be ignored. :O
• I will post a guideline price in parenthesis next to each category, so you can estimate your offer based on that.

Yeah, I need to adjust my list a bit better, I have some of the limited / promo items lumped in there with the regular furniture items. I could do 300k for the 4 items you listed. I also have the lady bug carpet if you wanted that?
