Buying Gardening items!!

Hi! I need the following gardening items c:

x6 cedar saplings
x9 blue hydrangeas
x8 white azaleas

paying 1 tbt per item!

annoyed bc I've had to dig up 15 bush starts because of where Deirdre put her house
also, can you plant bush starts/saplings right next to rocks?? (around them)

Hi! I can get you all of that, I even have some extras if you wanted more :3
Edit: Also no you can't, there needs to be one block ?circumference? around a tree or bush, they cannot be placed next to rivers, cliffs, rocks, buildings, etc. but can be placed by another tree or bush but only a row of 12, the 13th will die and never grow.
