Hi there! Apologies, I didn't see this message until now. To answer your questions:
I can craft however many you need, as long as you provide the crafting materials (mats). A garden wagon requires iron, wood, and certain flowers: https://villagerdb.com/item/garden-wagon
In order to trade, you have to either open your island gates for me to visit, or i can open my gates for you to come to me. Either way, it requires you to have an active Nintendo online membership. You have to speak to Orville at the airport. He will require a 5 digit alphanumeric code called a DODO code.
I don't need any bells. I like helping to craft items for free.
