1. Please only bid if you're serious about purchasing.
2. All items are located at my beach. Once you arrive in my town for pickup, follow me and do not take anything.
3. Do not talk to my villagers.
4. I will walk you to and from the ABD (I have one in my house), and generally escort you around town.
5. I made the buyout a little high, to give everyone a fair chance at winning.
6. If you need to make two trips, that's fine! Just let me know beforehand.
7. Type "I've read the rules, Shell!" in your opening bid, or you're out.
8. Do not arugue with me on prices. I will ignore you, and you'll be excluded from any other auctions I hold in the coming weeks.
