RULES
No Reservations. Villagers can only be claimed when they have been announced in boxes. There are only reservations at the cycler's discretion.
Do not sell any villagers that I have cycled for you. I do this to help people find their dream villagers, and I would like for you not to sell any villagers from this thread for ANY sort of profit. If your villagers accidently move out, please give them away. If I catch you selling a villager for a profit, you will be blacklisted and will never be able to get a villager from me again.
Do not advertise your villagers on this thread. We do not offer advertising for your villagers. This thread if for the cyclers and people who want villagers only.
First come, first served. Villagers will be given away depending on who claims first. However, there is an exception with extremely popular villagers. Those villagers will be raffled. Raffles will not be more than 3 hours, so they will be short. However, if there aren't many people lurking for them than it will be first come, first served.
If a certain villager you want has been voided, just ask me to take them off void. However, if they move without me knowing before you claim them, then I am very sorry =(
Only one villager per 24 hours. Unless the villager has been asked to be off of the voided list, you may not adopt a villager unless 24 hours apart.
Extremely villager popular villagers will need dreamie proof. I would like to find a good home for popular villagers so I would like to see dreamie proof. It could be in your signature or 'About Me' tab. (See spoiler below for list of villagers)
I do have the right to refuse trade with anyone who I find questionable or who have negative ratings.
Since I am doing cycling for free, I do ask you leave a positive rating. Tips gladly encouraged but not mandatory =D

Please keep chatter to a minimum =3
It is currently summer in Serenity to avoid unnecessary holidays that could stop villagers from moving.
