I just restarted my town a couple days ago and transfered my stuff from my old town.
Having said that, I have lots of furniture and Wallpaper/Flooring that I realized I don't need and it's littering my town.
So, I'm going to put up a list of stuff, it would be nice if what you ask for is what you need or don't have and you're not just looting things. I am giving them for free to help people out.

I already have someone who asked for the trophy. If someone asks for the Sci-fi Floor before the 4-5 hours I'm gonna give it to them. But if the person who asked for the trophy doesn't come by then and if no one asks for the Floor it's all yours! ^^
