Do you see the Bells section under my avatar? That's TBT, which is the forum currency here To transfer, click the number of bells a user has and enter the amount you want to transfer. Afterwards, there should be a message saying the transaction worked out.

The current exchange rate for TBT is around 5 mil to 100 TBT, but I've seen several go higher.
