What happens when the showcase is full of houses? Will i be able to see new ones when i streetpass them? Do the old ones disappear?

Old ones will be replace with the new ones, you have the option to save favorites so they won't disappear.

I'm envious of anyone who's gotten enough streetpasses to have a full HH Showcase.
Not really relavent, I suppose, but just wanted to comment that I would LOVE to have your problem. XD
Make sure to "favorite" any houses that you really like/need to order from with the little "lock" icon. That way they won't be overwritten by new incoming houses. Any house without the "lock" can be overwritten without warning.
