Trading FT: Sherb, LF: NMT, or ideally Raymond + I give NMT

Sherb wants to move out - really what I'd like is to trade for Raymond and I have 100 NMT and 3M bells I can add to sweeten the deal (he's the last I want in my town and I do not wish to mystery island hop anymore!). Otherwise will look at NMT offers. House is original FYI.

Based on recent history, I guess 40 NMT would be a fair price. Thought he'd be going for more. But I also couldn't say I'd 100% give him up for that, really got my sights set on getting the final villager I want (of course it's the one that goes for obscene amounts of NMT that I don't have) and I'm not 100% tied to Marshall either who seems to be selling for more. So yea I'm kind of at a "get Raymond or get as many NMT as possible to try and get him on islands" mindset right now.
