Trading ft: merengue + rudy lf: julian

i'd be willing to trade merengue, rudy, or both if someone would be willing to give julian in return!
i can force one out but i'd have to wait for the other one to move out naturally so i can let julian move in
i'm not interested in bells, nmts, or anything else right now
