Hi! Everything I have read points to no. The worst I've had is when "duping" an item gets stuck to another item. But as for already duped items I haven't seen anyone say there have been negative effects. I of course don't know everything but it seems to be safe! These items are duped though, so I am not trying to mislead anyone.

The way I see it, by supplying more items more people have been able to get what they desire and in turn make them happy.
