Frita is so antisocial!

I was so excited to see that Frita moved into my town about a week ago but I've only been able to talk to her once! She is either sleeping in her house (which is always locked) or it says, shes away. I've tried to find her in the museum, beach, in shops.. everywhere - and shes no where to be found even when I restart, I still cant find her.

Maybe she is just antisocial

Does anyone else have Frita that does this?

I had Frita twice. My first Frita was always outside her house and my sister greeted her everyday (basically next door 2nd neighbours)
In my sister's new town, Frita is still relatively easy to locate. I think it's because she's always been so close to our homes.

in situations like this, the villager is never be found during the day, they might be "out of town". So, try again after 6pm or 9pm. They should be back to town or home. My Kidd is always "out of town"!

What does this "out of town" mean? I never heard of that before. She may have teleported to another location while you entered a building or something similar.

i often have this problem with villagers who just moved in. after a couple of days, they constantly cross my ways, so maybe it's just her settling in and exploring her new town on her own

Stitches has been in my town since the beginning and I NEVER see him outside. It makes me sad. :c
I had Frita in my old town, and I saw her a lot.

In my town she enjoys the museum a lot. But she's outside a lot, too. She sleeps later than most of my villagers, though, so I usually see her in the afternoons and evenings.

I TT a few hours ahead and finally found her. Maybe I don't play at the right times? I had no idea they could visit other towns, hopefully shes not thinking about moving out already :-/

I just used this phrase to describe a villager who is nowhere in town. I don't know where did he/she go. I just think it is a feature that the villager is not able to be located.

I've had Frita for a long time. She's so friendly but does tend to come out later in the day. Don't give up on her.
