Just giving an update! Freya has stopped looking at me when I walk by, and waving when I leave her house. I think she is close! I will let you know as soon as she says she is leaving!

I wouldn't recommend harassing villagers in order to move them out because that keeps them stale on the friendship ladder. The higher they are, the more they will ping. Harassing them will make them stay longer because only your most befriended villagers will ping to leave. Good luck though ^^

aah, yeah, befriending villagers certainly gets them to move quicker! which sucks because, you know, sometimes you just wanna be super nice to your villagers :c
