It was said in the updates that they were going to give out free bells to everyone for the time that bells were down until the new site launched. Is there somewhere you need to go to claim this?

I imagine that there would be a link in a formal announcement or they will just send it out, to which you'll get a PM saying you gained bells. My prospective on it, at least.

bells can be earned through posting in and creating threads, i believe.
