I'm going to try some more. She's been there since day one and hasn't asked to leave once while the other remaining starters, Apple and Rowan, ask several times a week. I don't know if I should try befriending her again or what.

Vesta wouldn't ping; I took up Apple on her moving offer.
Moved her into my new town and she decided to move in front of town hall, even though I plot resetted for her and she wasn't showing up. :/ Damn...

I have the same problem with Phil UGH. He's been in my town for weeks now and still hasn't pinged me ;-; Everyone else has at least twice.
