Quick sale as in getting the bells and having the buyer pick her up immediately. I did a villager transaction where payment was at a different date than villager pickup and it took 2 weeks of me hounding the person before we could finish. They would always say "oh, I was going to sleep now" or "okay, in 20 minutes" and then vanish. Suuuuuper lame. Never gonna split up a transaction again.
