Whats the proof shes uchi :O does anyone have dialogue of her? thats so odd they changed her! it seemed they only decided to change the ones returning from gamecube as it made more sense and the e+ exclusives so why have they changed one from CF o-o

AHHHH SHE IS UCHI? I've had mf Friga in my town just trying to get PWP's from her now that Francines Uchi I can move Friga outtt
They changed the personality types of a number of older villagers to the two new personality types (smug and uchi) for NL. I think it's more to pad out the newer personalities than anything.
Yeah like one person on tumblr said her dialog is more on the snooty side and me & this person are semi arguing (friendly arguing rofl) whether or not she's uchi
She said she cares more about her appearance than other uchi's
But I said its cuz she WAS snooty, lol idk

Francine is NOT UCHI
She was one of my starter villagers.
She is most definitely snooty.

Not having any luck finding screen shots T_____T she wasn't exactly my favorite villager so I didn't take many screen shots with her.
But I've also had Charlise in my town (who is uchi) and their personalities were quite different...

The major online resources all say uchi for Francine. It says she became uchi in NL. But they may be based on the prima guide (what I use) and there are flaws in the guide, admittedly.
I get medicine from both uchi and snooty villagers in-game, so that one doesn't help. xD

She reqested a modern bench and a modern streetlight that only snooty villagers can request, trying the bee sting method now.
edit: She was in the museum at the time. She mentioned how my face looked, though she didn't mention anything about medicine.

I don't know which PWP snooty villagers can request (or any of the personality types for that matter) and even if I did, I don't remember if she ever requested any. She was my first villager to move out and I didn't talk to her too much to begin with.
But the times that I did talk to her, she was definitely a snooty villager.
I don't know why all the wikis and guides seem to say otherwise.

yeah, if she suggested modern PWPs then she's definitely snooty. those online guides are wrong. they say she's an uchi in new leaf on her page, but i never find her name in the list of uchi villagers.

That ACNL wikia thing is wrong. I've had other players, who have her in their town, tell me she is snooty.
I'm going to visit my friend's (who has her) dream town to get dialogue pics, since the only ones I have are from the fireworks show.
Can't get good dialogue from her, but she sounds the same as Astrid, so she's snooty.
