Found some unnoticeable dialogue change!

When you leave the Able Sister's accessory area, Label now says "please come again!" Instead of "thanks.". She seems happier.
She also seems to mention unisex, feminine and masculine type accessories now when she didn't before.

In Nook's homes, the option of "you're scaring me" to Lyle has changed to "you talk fast! I'm good."

In the Dream Suite, there's now an option to say you had a nightmare.

Label gets nicer with you the more things you buy from her.

Maybe the same applies for the more you visit / spend / talk to the others?

I doubt there was an update, I've seen 2/3 of these dialogues.

For Label it changes when you buy more accessories from her That means you're close to getting another Mannequin.
In the Dream Suite, that option is there so it's notified as you had a "bad" time vs. liking the Dream.

It wasn't an update. The Luna one was in a way. You only get that option if you choose to have her find a dream for you, which was improved in an update.

The nightmare option blocks inappropriate towns so you can't visit them again. Labelle gets nicer to you when you buy more stuff. IDK about the Lyle option, I've spoken to him a bajillion times and that's never come up.

Lyle's dialogue options are different on days when the "What's new?" option is available.
